Jan delivers expert and compassionate care to all our patients. She works without complaint for long hours and is never satisfied with less than a 100% effort to resolve problems for our patients and families. Her efforts are often behind the scene, so she does not get the recognition she so richly deserves. Not that recognition makes any difference to her, she provides exceptional care with or without it.
