Jana Copas, RN

Jana has an outstanding attitude and ability to go outside of standard care for her patients. She displays a level of compassion for her job that is comforting to not only her ICU patients but their families. Jana listens and considers patient care can be more than a medical choice. She made special arrangements for my mother to see her dog at what could be a pivotal point in her level of care. My family and I appreciate her and can never repay her kindness.
