I was falling apart over my mom. I didn't understand what was going on. Jana spent 30-45 minutes in my mom's room with me, listening, answering questions, going over expectations and consoling me. This was way beyond the excellent care her staff was already giving my mom. During our week-long stay, Jana even made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She is awesome!
