She helped my husband during the pre-op procedures. I was very nervous when I left my husband. She came all the way out of the unit with me, hugging me, and giving me tissues (which I needed). She was also very professional and caring, preparing my husband for a serious surgery (cardiac ablation). She is above and beyond the norm for nurses. The hospital world would be a sweet, humane world if all the nurses were like Janae. Thank you for your care.
