I am pleased to nominate Janae for this nurse leader award. Working alongside numerous leaders, Janae stands out as one of the best I have ever encountered. Janae exemplifies what it means to be a true nursing leader. She combines fairness, kindness, and an unparalleled work ethic that inspires those around her. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities while still maintaining a supportive presence makes her an invaluable asset to the units she leads.

One of Janae's most commendable traits is her capacity to navigate difficult situations with calm and grace. She faces challenges head-on, approaching them with a can-do attitude that motivates her colleagues. Even under pressure, she remains composed, demonstrating a strength that reassures both staff and patients.

Through her example, I have learned the importance of professionalism and how to effectively work through challenges to achieve our goals.
