Janay took care of us in the CSC for 4 out of the 6 days we were there after our daughter’s neurosurgery. We were extremely anxious about our daughter’s medicines, needs, and overall recovery process, and Janay was always calm, patient, compassionate, and truly wonderful. Janay advocated for us and our daughter and repeatedly told us that she was her baby too, and if we were worried about something, that would be her worry too, and we got answers/what we needed. Janay made us feel like we were all one family. She explained things in a way that kept us calm and was quick to action whenever she was needed. She really bonded with our daughter and quickly came to understand her different cries/emotions. When Janay was floated to a different unit, she still came by to check on our baby and us. The whole CSC team was great, but Janay really stood above the rest.
