Sister Jancy displayed exemplary promptness in recognition of respiratory distress in a patient hereby informing me immediately and taking preemptive action.
She arranged all medications on time and promptly mobilized the remaining staff. She took a quick ECG and stayed with the patient until she stabilized.
Thereafter, the patient improved, and she didn't have to be shifted to the ICU. I appreciate this effort, care and preemptive action in Sister Jancy.
