Jane is a compassionate caring nurse who always makes it a point to give the best of care to her patients which includes teaching and personal care. She is never too busy to help other staff with computer questions or help with starting a difficult IV. She is considerate and kind, also on the skin committee where she often offers her advice. Jane is also willing to work extra hours when the need arises to help out staffing problems, helps staff with changing hours if she can.
