During the beginning of our "No Visitor" policy related to COVID-19, Jane initiated the idea of having a FaceTime call with the wife and her husband. The wife was so grateful that Jane took the time to explain to her how to download an app to her tablet so she could see her husband. She said he had been a patient for ten days and it had been four days since she had seen him. The wife stated that even though her husband couldn't talk because he was on a vent, she thought it calmed him down to see her. She also felt better after seeing him.
