Jane is the ultimate RN and checks all of the St. Jude values. She was introduced to us as Dad's next nurse on duty. She was compassionate, understood my concerns, and did not make me feel like I was being rushed. She was patient, answered my questions, and addressed all of my concerns regarding my dad's health. She was honest and provided solutions to all of my questions and requests. My family is thankful for their service and professionalism.
