Jane Ellen did so much for me as a patient and a person. During the days when I felt awful and was fearful she always acknowledged my concerns and addressed them promptly. Jane Ellen has the gift of compassion without pity and isn't uncomfortable when emotions are expressed. She embraces whatever situation she is in, listens, and responds with understanding. One of her best gifts is her sense of humor - she is really funny. Jane Ellen treats each patient like they are the only one important to her. She is a masterful multi-tasker while managing emotionally charged situations. I never saw her frazzled, no matter how busy she was.
