Jane is a wonderful presence at SJH in IMC. She demonstrates collaboration with all members of the healthcare team and exemplifies SJH's service behaviors, mission, and values. She supports her staff with encouragement on difficult days. She is aware, caring and involved. I can't say enough positive things about her. As a charge nurse, she helps each RN set up a new admission, and as a nurse, she is always welcoming questions without making any question seem less important than the next. Her determination to make the hospital the best it can by involvement, teamwork and patient focus is truly contagious. Thank you, Jane.
