A colleague nominated Jane after she went out of her way to personalize care for a young patient with a severely infected condition. When it became difficult for the child's parents to provide painful treatments to their child, Jane offered to help, even buying toys to keep the child occupied. This one instance of personalized care showed others how Jane goes above and beyond for her Home Health patients. She is a wonderful example for all her colleagues!
