I have not had the opportunity to work with Jane Kramer nearly as much as I would like to. I am currently working in Saddle Brook so I've had the chance to experience again her great work ethic and care for her patients.
When I arrived at our mutual patient's home yesterday, the private caregiver had several concerns about the patient's medical status that I could not assist with, and I sent an email to Jane as I saw on the calendar that a phone visit was scheduled for this week and I was asking if Jane could consider changing the phone visit to an in-person visit. I sent the email while in the patient's home. While I was still there, Jane read the email and called the home and spoke with the caregiver. Later, I received an email from Jane that she had gone to see the patient later that day. I was so pleasantly surprised and I know that the caregiver truly appreciated the visit. I wanted to commend Jane for her exceptional service to her patients.
