In addition, she was separated from her babies. Jane explained everything she was doing and why, which was comforting to my daughter. Jane also made arrangements for the babies to be brought to the ICU so my daughter could hold them. Jane was professional but caring. She is a great asset to your hospital and you should be proud to have her on your staff.
