Jane is a very compassionate and caring nurse. She treats all the patients like family. She jokes and laughs with them and gives them a hug. She ensures the patients received their pain medications timely, especially the orthopedic post op patients.
Patients always remember her, and they come to the hospital purposely to see Jane. She is good at service recovery when the patient is not happy with a previous care giver.
Jane is the "Champion in Orthopedic Care"!
