I purchased a little angel for my Grandma when she was very sick in the ICU. At some point, it got dropped and the wing was broken off. Jane surprised my Grandma after she had been moved to another floor. She bought a new angel and left her a nice note with it saying she was sorry that it had been broken. She also called me at home making sure I had my Grandma's phone charger since she was getting moved to another unit and wanted to make sure it wasn't lost. She went above and beyond all day and we really appreciated it.
