I want to thank Jane for her true dedication and caring. From the moment we arrived in the ICU, (a very traumatic time for us) she displayed calm and reassurance. I could quickly see that I could count on her for sound information. Her thirty years in nursing have made her a reliable and skillful professional. It has also clearly deepened her passion for what she does. This was evident in every way. I was so grateful for the way she participated in the team discussions with the doctors, offering her input about what she was seeing with our family member. She was truly his advocate! I know she really cared about what was happening to him and about how we were affected by this. We shared some humorous moments and she was comforting during my teary times. I can’t say enough good about Jane and want her to know how much we appreciate her.
