I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and respect for the care that Jane gave to my husband during his stay at Broward Health Imperial Point Hospital. My husband was admitted to the ICU and passed away shortly after. During his stay Jane made sure that he was kept as comfortable as possible and treated him as if he was one of her own family members. She was also very attentive to us knowing the difficulty of the situation.

Jane was keenly aware of the sensitive nature concerning my husband's terminal condition and took great care in explaining and helping us come to terms with the inevitable. We were always glad to see that Jane was assigned to my husband because we knew that he would receive the highest level of care. Jane not only possesses the medical knowledge necessary to perform her duties, but also the emotional intelligence to help prepare us for the eventuality of his passing.

My husband received great, compassionate care in Jane's hands. We will always be thankful for the care Jane gave to him, especially during the night when he was intubated. In her dress, demeanor and professionalism, Jane exemplifies the best virtues of what it means to be a nurse.
