Jane is always rounding with a positive attitude, a calming demeanor, and a smile.
Lakeside is truly fortunate to have Jane on our team. She is known throughout the hospital as an advocate for both patients and staff. Jane is an excellent communicator. Her staff rave about how well she keeps them up to date on important information, which is not an easy feat with such a large staff with a wide variety of schedules.
Jane helps to ensure that as a hospital we are doing and documenting everything we can to keep our patients safe. She has long been our resident restraint expert and is always willing to take the time to educate staff on what can be a complicated process.
Jane often fills in as House Supervisor when needed. Staff always look forward to these days. Jane is always rounding with a positive attitude, a calming demeanor and a smile. Jane is willing to help wherever she is needed, including nights, and all-day events such as skills day and bed alarm training. Jane has a pride and passion for Lakeside and bringing excellence to all we do.
