Jane Simbe is an integral part of the staff at Kindred. She goes above and beyond for her patients; that's always been a given. She is very respected and knowledgeable amongst the staff and is always willing to share her knowledge and skill set with her teammates. Jane's confidence and approachability are very much appreciated on the night shift. For example, a nurse she was working with and I had questions about a patient with a life vest. In clear detail and demonstration, she took the time from her very busy assignment, expecting nothing in return to share her knowledge.
She has a character and work ethic we should all aspire to be. I, along with the staff, would have to agree that Jane deserves recognition for her excellent nursing skills.
