Jane consistently demonstrates efficient nursing skills. All the while being interested in her patient and the entire family. Her positive attitude is contagious and uplifting. She addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly or brought in the appropriate personnel. Our mother is 90 and had surgery on her leg. After a couple of days, we noticed she was a little congested. We asked Jane and she immediately called in respiratory to assess. On another occasion, after a very uncomfortable night, Jane noticed the swelling in Mom's leg was more than it should be, so she called surgery team and she was taken back to surgery. We believe Jane helped save her leg. It's obvious Jane truly enjoys helping others and makes everyone she encounters feels better. Mom says she is a positive driving force.
