Going into my procedure I was extremely nervous, nearly in tears. After voicing my concerns to Jane Underwood, she remained by my side throughout my entire LP, holding my hand, ensuring my pain was tolerable and having general conversation to keep my mind occupied. As a nurse myself I found my care to be extraordinary. Jane is an asset to Carilion and truly made my experience better.
