This is very hard for me to write at this time. My wife and I both contracted COVID-19 and were admitted to the hospital. I lost my wife and I'm still shaky. I cannot express the care that we both received. Jane helped both of us through this journey. Please recognize her for the above and beyond care that she provided.

I am continually impressed by the way Jane provides excellent patient care while providing a safe environment for her patients and the nurses. She always has a good understanding and strong knowledge of how all the patients are doing. Her critical thinking skills are sound and she continues to make good decisions for the COVID department as a whole. Jane is compassionate and caring with her patients. She always tries to make the situation better. As a fairly new nurse, she has been put into a challenging position as a lead nurse on the COVID floor. I have been fortunate to act in the role of RRT and observe how well she handles different situations. Jane has strong values that align with our mission. It is a pleasure to nominate her. I see Jane make a difference for our patients and staff every time I work with her.
