Our family would like to say thank you to Janel Smith (2nd floor ICU) for her excellent care given to our dad during his stay. Janel was extremely compassionate and went out of her way to anticipate his needs. She is excellent in her communication, bedside manner, and administration of patient care. Our dad was admitted with pneumonia. He is very hard of hearing, even with hearing aids. She took her time to explain everything so he understood and to make him feel at ease. This is our family's first experience with in-patient care, and we have all been so impressed.
