Janel is a true steward of caring for others. She is always looking out for the best interests of her patients as well as her co-workers. She is an amazing advocate for patient safety and takes the time to review every procedure to be sure that it is safe and appropriate. She makes patients feel as if they are her only focus.

Janel has exceptional communication skills. She takes the time to explain every procedure to each patient in a way that they will understand and she takes the time to listen to each patients.
