Whether Janell has two patients of her own or no patients, she is always running around helping the RNs and the CNAs. For example, today my patient came to the floor while I was running around seeing my other patients and doing my med pass. Janell settled my patient and did my entire admission. Not only did she do that but she also helped the CNAs with their vitals and answering call lights. If Janell is available to do something for a patient, help to the bathroom, or a pain med, she will always do it. She's above exceptional as a charge. I always feel supported when she is around.
