Janelle has repeatedly gone outside her duties to help us. On occasion, she has adjusted her personal plans to come address concerns and provide care. She demonstrated time and time again that she is committed to us, which is reassuring as we live in a remote area and would have to travel some distance to the nearest care provider. Janelle is a blessing.
