Janelle was terrific. Her caring, understanding, and kindness were so appreciated. My mom is 91 with memory issues and Janelle took such good care of her as well as me. She always answered any and all questions I had, never rushing or making me feel like I was a bother. She even had to deal with my sister who was not kind to her at all. Janelle kept her cool and never made me feel like it was my fault. Janelle truly made a difference.
