I always think of Janelle as my angel nurse. I had been isolated in the ER for 4 days with a bleeding tumor from chemotherapy. I was waiting on my COVID test results so I could have a mastectomy done. I had 3 blood transfusions from blood loss of the wound. No one really wanted to touch me. She came in and gave me a wipe bath, washed my hair, changed my bedding, and helped me feel like a human being again. Then, she checked on me every day after that till I finally had my surgery 7 days after I arrived in the ER. After my surgery, I was terrified by what some of the nurses were saying about my wound. Janel opened up all my gauze and showed me that the surgery went perfect and the stitches and mastectomy were done beautifully. She calmed my fears about going home! She was truly used by the Lord to bring much comfort, help, and joy during my time of distress. She is an AMAZING NURSE!!
