Janelle Delle, DNP, ACNP-BC

Dr. Delle led by example in every aspect possible. Her love for her profession was evident from the moment we walked onto the orthopedic trauma unit on the first day of clinical. Her hands-on approach was extremely transformative in my adult clinical rotation and I could not be more thankful for that. She is detailed with her expectations and expects thorough work in return. She understands we are all human while also making sure perfection isn’t too far from our reach. I really hope I am able to implement her style of practice in my career and everyday life. Dr. Janelle Delle is the representation Vanderbilt University strives for and I could not be more grateful I had the opportunity to learn from her.
