Janelle Knisley, RN

We had an accident where we had a patient with head lice. Janelle made this patient feel so much better. The patient was very upset and Janelle used her beautician skills and worked her magic on her and it really made this patient so happy after treating her hair. She was so appreciative of the way Janelle made her feel and did not judge her but instead treated her with grace.
