Janelle gave exemplary care to me during my 1st two days of admission to this hospital. Injecting meds through IV is not easy for a patient because it is very painful. But with a gentle touch/rub with her hand and reassurance that everything would be okay, it instantly relieved the pain that I felt. I was comfortable and really taken care of from admission to discharge.
