Janelle stands out in my mind because I felt she prepared me for each day and what was ahead for me. I felt she was in tune with my needs and had a plan in place to help me meet my goals. We had lovely conversations while giving me my care and she uses good eye contact when communicating with me. I never felt rushed though I know she was busy. Her care exceeded my expectations which is why I would like her to be recognized.
