Janelle always goes above and beyond to teach and allow a safe nonjudgmental learning environment. She really cares about every patient and the other nurses. She is a great role model and an example of what good nursing care really does.

Janelle continuously went out of her way to ensure we could learn all we did while at clinicals. She showed us a proper assessment and how to effectively care for our patients.

Janelle advocated for my family member to get to the level of care that was needed. She stayed with them to reassure them that they were in good hands and that she was working to get them where they were needed. She went out of her way to educate our family on what was going on and kept us in the know. A compassionate, caring individual that has a huge heart.
