Janelle Punch, RN, BSN, CCRN

My mom was admitted and sent to ICU. Janelle's bedside manner was superb. She assisted my sisters and I in asking the right questions when the doctors came by. She explained my Mom's condition and treatment plan in layman's terms and was wonderful in caring for her. She displayed compassion, respect, thoughtfulness, and went over and beyond her call of duty. Touro is lucky to have Janelle. She was also very personable, always smiled, energetic, showed she truly enjoys her job. My sisters and I are so grateful that she was there!
