Janelle went way above duty to help me. I was in severe pain and some orders by the doctor needed to be clarified. The doctor had gone home and she reached out to get some help from the on-call doctor for me, only to be told the on-call doctor was too "busy" to see me. Janelle was VERY diligent and did not give up. She made contact with a doctor who was not too "busy" to address the concerns. Janelle showed genuine concern and compassion for me and took initiative to resolve the situation successfully. I could write 2 pages about how caring she was. She should be considered a superstar in her field. She rose up and is an example of how important is to be human and set the bar of excellence. She is a model of the mission of your hospital. She represented the quality of the HonorHealth network. She is a rarity these days and deserves the highest recommendations. She was not too "busy" to do the right thing!
