Janelle is an asset to our department I have heard the urologists say. I have seen first-hand how compassionate to the patients she is, (as well to co-workers!), how organized and knowledgeable she is. She has excellent communication skills and thinks of others before making any plans of days off. Janelle always seems to be bubbly, and spends her days on the unit both in the Medical Center and at the Surgical Hospital.
