From the first moment Janelle came into my room I felt the exceptional care she wanted to make sure I had. She was always on top of my pain, questions and concerns. She listened and was very knowledgeable. If she didn't have the answers she made sure to find the right person to get it addressed. She left more like a friend after 3 days and not just an employee doing her job. Being in healthcare myself I have high expectations and she met every one of them. You deserve more than my thank you but God has blessed your facility with an outstanding person, friend and RN.
