Janessa received two nominations from patient family members.  One family member said, “Janessa is an angel sent from heaven!  Her level of expertise, thoroughness, attentiveness, and patience are beyond reproach.  Most importantly, she cares, and it is very evident in how she does her job”. They went on to say, “When we knew she was assigned to care for my father, we knew we could relax without concern or worry at all.  My family and I want everyone to know just how thankful and grateful we are to her for bringing my father back by taking the time to focus on his breathing treatments and exercises.  She even got him a new bed. She is an example that every nurse should follow, and extraordinary doesn’t come close to describing Janessa”. 

The second patient’s son said in his nomination that “Janessa was a great help, answered all calls, and took care of all needs and services throughout the patient’s stay.” 

Both families stated that Janessa should be recognized for her “huge heart and high level of care given to her patients.” One nomination ended with “Go, Janessa!”
