Janessa Lawrence

Janessa considers others' feelings and shows empathy and compassion to those around her. She is great at being nonjudgmental of others' viewpoints. She is resilient and tolerant of personal distress. She is honest with her peers and faculty and is consistent and dependable.

She has been observed going out of her way to help patients, even before being asked, whether helping patients to the restroom, grabbing blankets or juice, answering questions, or helping the nurses gather supplies. She is passionate, eager to learn, and a hard worker.
