Janessa is absolutely precious. I have been here since Wednesday with excruciating pain. It’s been frustrating for me as they are still trying to figure out what is going on with my body. As always, I am impressed with Providence's quality of care, I have been blessed with the best team of nurses, and Janessa is my favorite. I have called her hundreds of times on my caller pager for pain meds, chicken broth, blankets, and countless questions about my care. She’s been here for me, answering questions as best she could. She's been a good listener to all my fears with this illness.

The thing that really touched me is she listened when I told her I was afraid. I asked her to pray for me, never expecting her to do it on the spot! LOL (is that precious!) I loved her bravery in sharing her faith.

I do not know how long I’m going to be here but I feel ultra blessed each time I have her on my shift. She always has a smile. She listens well and she takes action on my concerns. She deserves recognition for her kindness, and her willingness to always have a smile on her face. She really cares and I know this because of how she's listened to me and how she’s treated me.
