Janet is the best! She goes beyond what her job demands to make you feel at ease. She stayed with me during my first irrigation procedure when I didn't know what to expect. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, she provided me with educational pamphlets to help me. She listened to my concerns and fears. She answered my questions and helped me understand my diabetes. She provided me with a better understanding of my food choices and how I can help myself get better. She always has a smile on her face to calm my fears. This lady deserves this honor.
