Janet is the best! She goes beyond what her job demands to make you feel at ease. She stayed with me during my first irrigation procedure when I didn't know what to expect. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, she provided me with educational pamphlets to help me. She listened to my concerns and fears. She answered my questions and helped me understand my diabetes.
