Our unit is considered one of the largest units with a lot of numbers and complex patients. With her on the shift, even if she's in charge she will extend her help and attention to all the patients that were admitted. She will talk and sing for the conscious patient and make these patients smile. She manages to take care of the patients even if it's beyond her duty. She will give the care that the patients need and treat everyone as her (father, mother, brother, sister). A big thanks to the nurse for dedicating herself to all the patients in our unit and being a role model to other nurses.
