Janet Morttey, LPN

If a nurse is extraordinary, I will say it is Janet. She is a nurse who cares about her residents. She is willing to do 2 residents when needed for us. When the call-light is on, she will get up and check on who is ringing. If she has to take the resident to the bathroom, she doesn't mind doing it. Sometimes when she is working morning shift, she will help us with washing and dressing at least 2 residents.

One time I remember a male aide was assigned to a west resident and the assignment he was doing he couldn't do a female resident. Janet took care of her the whole night. There are some things that I really like about her. When there is a situation where they have to move her to another unit/floor, she never says anything or complains, and just does it, because she is a good nurse who can work every unit. She deserves to be nominated as an extraordinary nurse.
