Janet Ramas, RN

Janet always strives for excellence. She continuously strives for the highest quality of care for every patient. As a charge nurse, she sets an example for quality care in the ICU. One time I remember doing PM care with Janet and she cleaned the patient with CHG wipes from head to toe and placed a pillow under the patient's shoulders just so that he could be more comfortable. Ever since then I always do PM care like her. She inspires me every day that she is the charge nurse. I admire her resilience and dedication to her patients and coworkers.
