Janet is an amazing nurse whose knowledge, skills and abilities surpass that of the average nurse. She is confident and at ease when she walks into the room. She always gives eye contact to her patient when she speaks and listens, really listens to the patient before her tasks even begin. She gives her full attention to the patient (my sister) and truly hears what she is saying. She is genuine in her responses, always trying to problem-solve and follows up and gets back to my sister on everything she ever said she would. If she says she will find out she does. Her observation skills have caught problems that could turn big.
