Janet exemplifies what all Kaiser Permanente employees should strive to be: kind, considerate, friendly, and helpful. In the 10 years that I have been here, Janet has never been less than warm-hearted and hard working. She works back-to-back jobs and yet is never too busy to help above her call of duty here. I look forward to seeing her smiling face every day.
