Janet has been my nurse for at least 3 weeks. She has exceptional interpersonal skills. Janet demonstrates extraordinary care through the development of mutual trust, respect and emotional support to both patient and family. She is very uplifting to me as her patient and goes above and beyond her duties. She makes my day start out on an up note, just because she comes in smiling-no matter what happens in her life. Other employees work very well with her and respect her. She has made a difference in our lives and we cannot think of a more deserving nurse. Janet not only listened with her ears but also with her heart. She has a "Heart of Gold".
