Janet was great in communicating our needs to the doctor and staff. Although busy she carefully took care of all my wife’s needs.

In the short time that she has been a staff member on PP she has made a huge difference in the morale of the unit. She consistently supports the unit by volunteering to work additional hours when in a staffing crisis. She also can support our SCN unit and willingly picks up a shift to support that unit when in a staffing crisis. She is always smiling, calm, and supportive to all staff members, consistently asking if they could use a helping hand. The rapport that she builds with her patients is exceptional. During leadership rounds, I am constantly told by our patients as well as their family members how they appreciated Janet, her ability to connect with them and support them as a family doesn't go unnoticed. She thoroughly goes through all discharge teaching ensuring the patient is comfortable and feels safe. Janet is certainly deserving of this recognition.
